Most orders entered before 3pm ET Monday-Friday will ship the same day. Most orders entered after the 3pm ET deadline will ship the next business day. Otherapeutix does not ship on weekends or postal holidays. Orders that include out-of-stock items are held until all items are in stock.

You must be at least 18 years of age to order any products from the Huuddii Store. We will never knowingly ship an order to any persons under 18. By the use of this site you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older.

Absolutely. The packaging we use is completely discreet. it will show up in either a plain brown box or the shipping carrier that you chose branded with the return address listed as Otherapeutix.
Note: International shipments may include a customs declaration. -
Canadian shipments are through Passport Shipping and will be shipped duties paid. These duties are charged upfront so that there are no surprises at the time of delivery. All international orders ship from our fulfillment center located in the United States. Customs forms will be marked as discreetly as possible in accordance with international shipping rules and regulations

You'll receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. Please ensure your destination has a secure point of delivery. Note that although tracking numbers are sent when the order has been packaged for shipment, tracking information does not start to update until the package has arrived at the processing center. Otherapeutix warrants Huuddii against defects in materials and manufacturing for a period of one (1) year commencing on the date of the original purchase of such product. Refunded purchases are not eligible for a warranty replacement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, unreasonable use or more than four (4) uses. Due to continuing improvements, actual (replacement) product may differ slightly from the product purchased.

The foregoing is the sole warranty for the Huuddii. Otherapeutix hereby disclaims any implied warrant that the Huuddii will be merchantable or fit for any particular purpose. Otherapeutix product’s liability and customer’s exclusive remedy under the foregoing paragraph will be limited to replacement or repair of the Huuddii by Otherapeutix or its authorized service centers. The warranties above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event will Otherapeutix products or any of its affiliated or subsidiary companies be responsible for any special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product, or based on any breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, tort or any other legal theory. Such damages may include without limitation, loss of savings or revenue; loss of use; the claims of third parties, including limitation retailers; any cost of any substitute equipment or services. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. The warranty gives specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights which vary from state to state or country to country.

Purchases made directly from Otherapeutix, LLC may be returned if unopened within 30 days of purchase for a refund. We will reimburse you via store credit no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. Sometimes and at Otherapeutix, LLC sole discretion, we may choose to reimburse you using the same means of payment you used for the order. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. If a gift card is used for a purchase, refunds will go back to the customer in the form of a gift credit.
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will reimburse the gift giver.

Purchases made through third party vendors are subject to those vendors’ policies and will vary from party to party. Always review a third party’s return policy before purchase. Defective products are under warranty for one year with proof of purchase, regardless of where they were purchased. See Warranty for more details.

If you’ve ever made a purchase from www.huuddii.com of any kind – whether it’s a subscription or a simple one-time order, then your account is waiting for you to claim. Just visit this registration link and sign-up using the exact same email address you used to place the order. Once you’ve created a password and confirmed your email address, you will see your order history, shipping address details, and any subscription options, if you have any.

Customers who buy subscription products can view and manage their subscriptions from their customer account. After logging in, click My Account, and then Subscriptions.
All of your subscriptions are listed in the Subscriptions section. Click a subscription to view its details, including:
• The next order date
• Product price (excluding shipping and taxes)
• Subscription frequency
• Order history
• Saved billing and shipping informationTo update your payment information or change your billing address, click Payment Method, and then Add New Payment Method.

At this time your cannot change your subscription shipping address. If you need to change your subscription shipping address, you must first cancel the subscription and then resubscribe using your new shipping details.
To cancel your subscription, log in to your account. After logging in, click My Account, and then Subscriptions.
All of your subscriptions are listed in the Subscriptions section. Click a subscription to view its details, including:
• The next order date
• Product price (excluding shipping and taxes)
• Subscription frequency

• Saved billing and shipping information
To cancel your subscription, click Cancel Subscription. You'll receive an email notification to confirm cancellation.Canceling a subscription doesn't automatically cancel the most recent order. You will need to contact us separately to request a refund.

We use SQUARESPACE to manage our checkout and subscriptions. At this time, SQUARESPACE does not allow you to delay your subscription renewals, but we can do it for you.
